Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Requirements :
1. HVAC / MEP Engineer – (1 No.)
* Minimum 3 years of HVAC/MEP site experience
* Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma
* Knowledge of chilled water systems, FCU, FAHU, ductwork, ventilation & insulation
* Experience in site supervision, coordination, testing, commissioning & handover
* Ability to read HVAC and shop drawings
* UAE / mall / retail / fit-out experience preferred
2. Civil / Architectural Engineer – (1 No.)
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
* Minimum 3 years of architectural fit-out experience
* Experience in mall, retail or commercial projects
* Knowledge of ceilings, wall/floor finishes, doors, glass and metal works
* Experience in shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups and consultant approvals
* Ability to coordinate architectural, HVAC and MEP works
3. Document Controller – QA/QC – (1 No.)
* Minimum 2 years of Document Control experience
* Experience in QA/QC documentation for MEP projects preferred
* Knowledge of document registers, submissions, revisions and distribution
* Experience handling MIRs, WIRs, RFIs, material submittals and method statements
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* UAE experience preferred

* Candidates with UAE experience are preferred
* Mall, retail or fit-out project experience is an advantage
